Refund and Return Policy for UNITECITY

At UNITECITY, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to love every cake you order from us. However, in case you’re not completely satisfied, we offer the following refund and return policy:

1. Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, we ask that you do so at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled delivery or pickup date. This allows us to make the necessary adjustments and avoid any unnecessary waste. Cancellations made within 48 hours of delivery or pickup will not be eligible for a refund.

2. Returns and Exchanges

Due to the perishable nature of our cakes, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the cake has been delivered or picked up. However, if you experience any issues with your order (e.g., damage during delivery, incorrect order), please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your cake. We will review the situation and offer a suitable resolution, such as a replacement or store credit.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your cake is damaged upon delivery or does not match your original order, we will be happy to assist with a replacement or refund. To process this, please provide:

  • A clear photo of the damaged cake or incorrect order.
  • Your order number and contact details. Once we receive this information, we will take the necessary steps to resolve the issue promptly.

4. Refunds

Refunds will only be issued under the following conditions:

  • The order was canceled more than 48 hours before delivery.
  • The cake was damaged or incorrectly made (as per our return policy). Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used, and it may take 5-7 business days to appear in your account.

5. Special Orders and Custom Cakes

For custom cakes or special orders, we require a deposit at the time of booking. Unfortunately, deposits for custom cakes are non-refundable once the order is confirmed, as our bakers begin preparing ingredients and designs specifically for your order.

6. Customer Satisfaction Guarantee
